Women make up about half the world's workforce, but they still make 77 cents for every dollar a man earns. A 2012 study by the American Association of University Women found that over the course of a 35-year career, an American woman with a college degree will make about $1.2 million less than a man with the same education.

Every career woman likes to know if their future company is woman-friendly or at least not discriminating on the basis of gender. Yet, there exists no method to see the feedback of other women. Parity is that medium.
